Fireworks

Yesterday's fireworks were cancelled due to Bad Weather. We had 'em tonight instead. But before we set fire to explosives we had roast lamb and all the trimmings. I like cooking roasts - and it is especially pleasing to cook for a bunch of people - even if I did have to roast chicken wings too for The Girls (they only eat chicken you know - although I did try to persuade them that it was roast frog -they gave me That Look.)

The fireworks were okay -although it seemed to take a long time to get through them all. The Catherine Wheel was the best.
